Shane CHaving read the stories below I would like to add my opinion. I bought a new CPU from Austin Cannington, after fitting it I had a lot of issues that were causing problems with boot-up, sound. I took it in and left it with them, explaining all. A couple days later I received a very courteous phone call telling me what was wrong. The following morning, Saturday 18th July 09, I went into the shop and was treated with patience and courtesy and the outcome was very satisfactory. The guy I had dealing with was Silvian, who was very competent in his knowledge around computers and people skills. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
