| graham | have HAD to buy from these guys because they are (a)close by, (b)they carry the stock(mostly). Apart from that they are generally rude, unhelpful and slow as a wet weekend.

| walt dog | I got shafted by these clowns and they were rude as others have mentioned. Every piece of hardware malfunctioned and it took 3 months to get any response for parts under warranty. Freind also got a pc from there and didn't have the right monitor so had to buy an extra adapter for the monitor that they supplied wrongly. Do you see a problem with that? Had no idea on the monitor i was after. finally sorted that out and was told to come back the next day at 4-5pm. Called up at 4pm and asked if it was in and was told it was. So i drove 40min to be told it hadnt arrived yet and they couldnt do anything about it. When I said I wanted and explanation to why i was told they were in stock i was left with a blank flat face of a useless storeman. Drove to PLE and bought it there. Don;t know why i even thought of changing shops.

I do the right thing an call to check that they have the part im after, guy says hes checking min or so later he says yep they have it.
So i drive in there to go get it, when i finally get served, guy searches computer and says no aorry we dont have any might have to try the osborne park store.
So i say i rang about 30mins ago and was told you have it then i let rip.
WHY THE **** SAY YOU HAVE IT MAKE ME ****** DRIVE IN AN THEN IM TOLD NO WE DONT HAVE IT.
They might be 1 of the cheapest in perth but they are absolutely useless.
