| Brodie | Shopped there recently (my young daughter with me) & the young fat know-all PC gamer behind the counter was on the phone telling someone about another staff member he was going to to smack in the head because of the way he answered the phone, then turned to me with the greeting "how ya garwin mate" - very unprofessional & I just walked out. | Nigel | Went there at the end of 2007 looking to upgrade my CPU to a Pentium extreme. Unfortunately the chip I wanted was superseded already. So then I had to listen to the fat guy trying to tell me that the new CPU with a higher FSB would work on my PC, when I knew that it wouldn't. | Ed | Tried to order a computer from Austin Joondalup, but they didn't have the parts I asked for and tried substituting them with inferior parts. Guy didn't know what was compatible with what. | Darrin | Bought a western digital 500gb green drive. Failed after 3 months bad sectors on drive. Shop replaced drive with identical unit. HDD failed again after 300 hrs (2weeks). Returned to shop and asked for drive to replaced with Western Digital Black HDD and the Asian guy was not willing to upgrade me...
